We have moved and are now installed in Troon which is a small seaside town on the West Coast of Scotland about 45 minutes from Glasgow.
We took a few days off just to relax a bit after all the work of moving and have been doing a bit of gardening while here, which is fun. There has also been a bit of time wandering the beaches, of Troon and Barassie by foot and by bike.
Its taken a few days to get organised so there has not been a lot of yoga, there are times like that but classes have started back up so we are back into our routine.
Yoga Retreat in Scotland
Our Scottish Castle Yoga Retreat is now live, have a look here. Scottish Castle Yoga Retreat 2021
Its 6 nights in a beautiful Scottish Castle. Craufurdland Castle (1245) is located close to both Glasgow and Ayrshire. This will be our base with its beautiful gardens and forest. Aside from the twice daily yoga we will take day trips to both Glasgow and Edinburgh and you will have plenty free time to explore yourself. As we know the area well ask us for ideas. We visited the castle and met owner Addity who took us on a tour, it is beautiful.
You could head to Troon, as I say a seaside town with a long history. Its part of the old smugglers route and there is a nice hike that you can do locally. Maybe you could head to Troon harbour and see the seals or you could try out kite surfing as Troon is named as one of the best places for kite surfing in the world. I have been surprised at the amount of jelly fish.
Maybe you would head back to Glasgow or Edinburgh and check out some of the incredible museums that are on offer. Most of the museums in Scotland are free so you can wander at your leisure. There are also fabulous parks to visit.
Check out our pages, share, comment and love and you could win a beautiful alpaca blanket from Peru.
Can we also ask for some help with reviews of our yoga classes, it is most appreciated. You can leave a review on Facebook, Google here https://g.page/r/CfE88B5p6AdXEAY/review or on Trust Pilot here https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/blukiteyoga.com Thanks in advance for your help.
Our online yoga classes are continuing this month, although summer generally means less students as people are out and about enjoying the weather. We will review this as the weeks progress and will keep everyone up to date.
